All our pastas are gluten free & some are naturally plant based, made from rice starch, water, extra virgin olive oil & flavoring. Each pasta tastes like its name. It is dry pasta & does not need to be refrigerated or frozen. When cooking it just treat it like normal pasta. Boiling, salted, oiled water. If the water tastes good so will the pasta! Place the pasta in the boiling water turn it down to a simmer & help the pasta sink into the water. Stir it from time to time so it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. It does not contain gluten so it is a more delicate type of pasta so be gentle. For the pastas, it takes around 8-10 minutes. Each person likes their pasta differently so start tasting it about a minute before my prescribed times to get it the way you like it. All pastas, fettucine, orzo or penne when you get them to your particular state, dump the pasta gently into a colander (the orzo dump it into a sieve) & rinse off with cold water to flush out the starch, then just put the finished pasta into your sauce to rewarm it. If you prepare the pasta ahead of time just toss the pasta in some good quality olive oil or fat of your choice lay it out thinly on a sheet try cover it with plastic wrap & when your sauce is ready toss the pasta in & stir gently to rewarm & enjoy. The gnocchi is best sautéed, and best when frozen, it’s not good to boil them! pierogis are the same, thaw in the fridge & sauté. Pizza Crust Instructions
Keep frozen & just add your favorite goodies on top then place it in a pre-heated oven at 450F. You are looking for a pretty pizza brown around the edges it is not a time thing. It usually takes around 25+/- minutes but every oven is different. Do turn it once or twice so it browns evenly. If you do wish to grill it, it’s possible, you just need to bake it a bit so it starts to set up then when it is almost finished place it on the grill to finish it & gets marks & Enjoy!
Galettes
Flip, open the plastic, place a plate on the bottom and reflip, then remove the plastic. It is best to warm in the microwave, oven or toaster oven does work, but might dry out. Savory serve with a sauce or sauté some onion and garlic in butter and pour over galette, it is best with a sauce, not plain. Sweet Best warmed in the microwave, serve with ice cream, jams, or such.
