Special Online Orders, Cancellations, changes & gift cards
Special or online orders
All changes and/or cancellation must be received at least 10 of our business days before
the scheduled pick-up time.
Changes and/or cancellation received by e-mail or phone will not be accepted.
Changes and/or cancellation must be done in person.
All special or online orders require a 100% deposit at the time the order is placed.
All special orders over $100.00, a 17% gratuity will be added.
All special or online orders once they leave our Café are your responsibility.
If you have a problem, let us know immediately so we can try to fix the problem.
all gift cards are subject to a $25.00 per year fee, the gift card never expires, but is subject to a $25.00 per year fee.
Any item or items not picked up on the set pickup date will not be held, they will be donated to a local charity!
