A fresh pumpkin roasted and smoked slowly for 3 hours, pureed and seasoned with Vidalia onion, white wine, seasonings and topped with our croutons and bit of Sonoma extra virgin olive oil. It's not a real big smoke but does has a nice smoky flavor.
