Spinach Pasta

 

3         oz       fresh spinach

1         handful of fresh basil

1         cup      light coconut milk (canned) (or any other dairy-free milk)

2         tbsp    nutritional yeast

1          tbsp   cornstarch or potato starch

2         cloves of garlic

1         tsp      onion powder

⅓-½    tsp      salt (or to taste)

Black pepper to taste

1 pinch of nutmeg

Place all items in the blender and mix smooth, put in saucepan heat to a simmer and stirring for 2-3 minutes till thickens, check seasonings, pour over prepared pasta

4        oz       Café Chocolade Pasta
