Roasted Tomatillos Garlic Salsa


6         tomatillos, husked and rinsed

4 large garlic cloves skin on

Roast in broiler, so they start to blacken a bit, remove garlic skin

4         chipotles in adobo sauce

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Place all items in blender and blend almost smooth.
